A Managed Print Service is the assessment, optimisation and management of your print environment to increase efficiency and save you time and money. At Print Logic Midlands you pay per print and all of your maintenance and consumables such as toner is included.
Whether you Lease or purchase outright is a personal choice depending on your business requirements. We provide advice on the best option for your printing needs.
Leasing a printer is an excellent and often default choice for most businesses, it avoids the expensive upfront costs associated with buying a printer or photocopier outright. Some photocopiers can cost in access of 10k! Lease payments are tax-deductible and leasing allows you to secure a fully managed contract for 3-5 years. This includes all your consumables such as toner and you just add paper.
Printers and Photocopiers are robust devices, with high-end models designed to be put through their paces printing large volumes of documents. With frequent servicing and the use of manufacturer-approved inks, toners, paper and other consumables, there is no reason why a printer or photocopier won’t have a considerable lifespan, up to 10 years.

When you receive your equipment, our engineer will instruct you and your colleagues in how to use your new machine. We’ll cover the basics as well as more complex functions, please feel free to ask any questions!
When your printer or copier begins to run out of supplies we will automatically be notified and we will dispatch replacements right away. All you need to do is just add paper!
